Casual Yellow

This is probably my laziest outfit post up to date. πŸ˜›
Wore this on my first night in Singapore. As I’ve said in my post a few weeks back, that city just screams out HUMID all over, so I’m so thankful I packed really comfortable casual clothes with me.
Top- Zara
Bottom- SM Redhead
Sandals- Cotton On
Bag- Bagellia Filipinas
I super duper love this pair of sandals. I bought it that same day from Cotton On for only 5 Singapore dollars (about 150-180 Philippine pesos). WHAT. A. STEAL!!!
The Asian pose, just because I’m Asian. Lolz.
Yep. Still pushing through with that Asian pose thing. HAHAHAHAHA.
Anyhoo, I’m not really in the mood to write much right now. I’m currently tripping into a pit of sadness, but then again, I somehow regain my balance and get out of that trap bit by bit, knowing that God loves me no matter how much I am misunderstood by the people around me.
I’m going to end this post by sharing this verse with y’all
“Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.” Romans 12:14
Guys, let us always be reminded that God loves us with an undying love. And He wants us to share His love to everyone around us- be it our friends, and even those who have hurt us. I know it’s really hard, but praying for love, joy, peace, patience and kindness really will help.
Have a fruitful day, everyone!

For the love of super sales!

This is what I wore on my Day One in Singapore. It was my first time to go there, and I honestly did not really expect it to be THAT humid. Good thing I was wearing a pretty loose top and a mini skirt to compensate for the heat!

Anyway, now on to the outfit shots:

Do you like my stackable rings? I bought them from Cotton On for only 3 Singaporean dollars! That’s somewhere around 100 pesos only πŸ™‚

I bought this pair of sunnies from Cotton On, too.
It only cost me 10 dollars (around 350 pesos). What a deal, huh? HAHAHA! I was also able to buy 2 pairs of flats from Cotton on for 5 dollars each (around 180 pesos each).
Yay for the Great Singaporean Sale! It happens every June, I think, where everything goes on SUPER. DUPER. sale and I tell you, it’s just crazyyyyy!!!
The details of my fringe top πŸ™‚
I bought this cute skirt from the Philippines just a month ago. I was able to snatch it for only 350 pesos. Hihi I just looooove 50% off discounts πŸ˜›
Outfit details:
Fringed Top- thrifted
Skirt- Bayo
Shoes- Forever 21
Bag- Bagellia Filipinas
Well, to state the obvious, I’m a huge sucker for shopping (especially when stuff go on sale).

Featured! Vikings Luxury Buffet: A Feast From the Sea

Y’all know how serious I can get when it comes to my food.
I mean, c’mon! Eating is like, one of my best talents—and apparently, gaining weight, too. hihihihi.
Anyway, I just want to share you one new buffet place I discovered just last February. It’s called Vikings, and it’s located near Mall of Asia. The best part? It’s eat-all-you-can AND drink-all-you-can! Haha!

Vikings, which is open for 7 days a week, offers a lot of variety, from Japanese cuisine, to Chinese, to Western, to Filipino, to Italian, and to Korean as well. Its spacious venue has a capacity of 600 guests.
They charge P688 for lunch on weekdays and P888 for dinner on both weekdays and  weekends. However, kids below three feet eat for free, and senior citizens 75 years old and above get a fifty percent discount!
My photos don’t do any justice at all, I’m sorry. HAHAHAHA!
I wasn’t able to take photos of every corner of the place just because  IT. IS. JUST. SUPER. DARN. HUGE— and plus, I was too busy stuffing myself fat. Hihihi. Sooooo, I hope you could bear with these ones:
The super star of the night:
Yup, I’m a girl who takes her meat a whole lot seriously.
I just found this too cute, okay. HAHA!
Do you see what I see?
Yep. SEAFOOD. <3
My favorite <3
IDK what caught my attention first.
Deep-fried, anyone?
And for my favorite course of every meal:

This is heaven, I am not even kidding.

I will always be a sucker for putobumbong. <3
Taho! πŸ™‚
Fun fun fun!
Oh darn. I did not just see that plate of red velvet cake………………………….
oh gahd i am craving for some right now =)))
Drink-all-you-can includes unlimited soda, beer, coffee, and fruit shakes!! woot woot!
There’s also a shabu-shabu pot on every table πŸ˜€
We are happy customers with even happier bellies! woot woot!
Vikings is undoubtedly THE best buffet place in Manila!
They have great service and they serve such superb food!
I want to go back there again some time so I can take better photos and write a better review. Lol. Forgive me for this super lazy post.
I’m just lazy as lazy cold possibly be, as of the moment. Oh, and school starts tomorrow, so… yippeee. 😐

An Unexpected Meet and Greet with “The Bloggers”

May 30,2013
Adventurous Self tried to get rid of her “post-exam-feelings” that day, so she decided to head over to SM Aura to chill and relax after she took her Anatomy test. (Oo guys, from Manila to Bonifacio Global City. Explorer ang peg. HAHA!)
Little did I know that there was an ongoing event that day. When I got a glance of my favorite bloggers, I was like,  “OMG dati sa photos ko lang sila nakikita pero totoo pala sila!!!!” with matching pa-jump jump up and down in place. (sorry guys, ang jejemon ko talaga forever pero kebs lang).
So even though I basically looked and (probably smelled) like a combination of UP Manila and the LRT (wait, what?? haha) , I rushed up to them and went completely berserk (with matching jologs ‘OMG teka kinikilig ako huhuhu’).
(L-R) Aisa Ipac of Drowning Equilibriums, Ava Te of Artsy Fartsy Ava, just your ordinary overwhelmed fan, Arnie Villanueva of Raid My Closet  & Ana Gonzales of The Fashionista Commuter
Fun back story:
Me: Miss Aisa, omg, teka lang, I JUST HAVE TO SHARE THIS OK. Nakita kita dati sa Azta salon, gusto ko sana mag hi sayo pero naka kabit ako sa machine so yuuup, tinitigan nalang kita from afar. AHAHAHA! (read story HERE)
Miss Aisa: hahaha! Ano ba gurl. Sana kinaladkad mo na rin yung equipment or ako mismo lalapit sayo! haha!
Huhu fan girl moment <3333
Miss Ava is one of the bloggers I admire most. Not just because she’s pretty or because her clothes are really cute;
She is a beautiful mother of two, and she has always inspired me to be the strongest girl I can be. πŸ™‚
Miss Arnie is the person who inspired me to blog.
Just a quick fun fact: we met even before she started blogging because she was one of my customers then! (i had an online shop before, lol)
I can honestly say that she’s really pretty inside and out, and that’s what I adore about her!
And don’t you even get me started on Miss Aisa! I just love her! She’s super cute, funny and bubbly. Reading her posts always entertain me! I also love her writing style! πŸ˜‰
Miss Ana Gonzales is also someone who I look up to a lot, because she’s very a very talented and artistic fashionista. She is also very kind and down-to-earth. She sells her super cute creations over at Shop Anagon.
Miss Lissa Kahayon of Scene Stealer
I just died, okay.
End of story.
Say hi to the super pretty Miss Angeline Rodriguez of Wonder Woman Rises
To be really honest, Miss Angeline is an inspiration to me. I love her writing style, and her blog shows how she’s so real and how she remains true to herself all the time. With her strong personality, she is, undoubtedly, the Wonder Woman of the blogging world. πŸ™‚
I still wish I had dressed up that day, though. Lol, the “makikilala-ko-na-nga-lang-blogger-crushes-ko,- di-pa-ako-pumorma” feels. HAHAHAHAHA. whueverr.
And yup. That’s enough fan girling for me now.
